ENSURING PRIVACY AND OBSERVING GDPR RULES

The purposes for which we collect your personal information when you register or e-mail us are administering the website, sending you a password, and keeping in touch with you.

You can access and update your personal information in the ‘My account’ section under ‘Log in’ anytime.

We can supply the details of the users to the Police, Courts, and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, but also other competent institutions and bodies, upon their request.

SMUF S.R.L.) may supply the personal information of the clients or potential clients to other partner entities provided that the latter keep the confidentiality of the data and guarantee to keep the personal information safe, according to the law, but only based on a prior agreement of the client or the potential client.
